Sending Reports Via E-mail

To send reports as an e-mail message attachment:

  1. Save the reports:
    1. On the Adobe Reader tool bar, click to open the Save Copy dialog box.
    2. In Save in, select a location to save the report in PDF.
    3. In File Name, type a name for the PDF file.
    4. Click Save.
  2. Open your e-mail program.
  3. Enter the recipient information, subject information, and any necessary text to the body of the e-mail message.

     If you add yourself on the cc: line you will always have a receipt copy.

  4. Add or insert the saved PDF file as an attachment.
  5. Click the Send button.
