Sending Reports Via E-mail
To send reports as an e-mail message attachment:
- Save the reports:
- On the Adobe Reader tool bar, click to open the Save Copy dialog box.
- In Save in, select a location to save the report in PDF.
- In File Name, type a name for the PDF file.
- Click Save.
- Open your e-mail program.
- Enter the recipient information, subject information, and any necessary text to the body of the e-mail message.
If you add yourself on the cc: line you will always have a receipt copy.
- Add or insert the saved PDF file as an attachment.
- Click the Send button.
