Adding Contacts

  1. On the Go To menu, click Contacts.

    -or-

    On the Home page in the navigation pane, click Contact List.

  2. On the right, under Contacts, click Add Contact.
  3. Select a Contact Type in the list.
  4. Enter the contact information in the boxes.
  5. Click Save to add the contact to the Contacts grid.
  6. Click the contact name in the Contacts grid to open the Contact Information page for that contact.
  7. Enter the Contact and Communication information in the boxes.
  8. Do any of the following:
