Finding Cases for a Contact

The search for a contact's cases begins on the Contacts page.

  1. On the Go To menu, click Contacts.

    -or-

    On the Home page in the navigation pane, under Contact Management, click Contact List.

  2. On the left under View Options, click a contact type if known.
  3. In the Contacts grid under Full Name, click a contact name.
  4. On the left under the contact name, click Cases.

    The Cases by Contact grid displays the saved cases for the contact.

    If you have a new illustration for this contact and have not yet saved it with a case name, that Untitled Case illustration will not appear in the Cases by Contact grid.

  5. In the Case Name column, click a case name link to open the case.
