The OIR rider provides low-cost annual renewable term insurance on any eligible individual. Eligible relationships include the spouse, a child, business partner and with FlexLife the base policy insured. Click Add Insured link to add up to five (5) OIR's.

OIR Rider Specifications:

Issue Ages: 0 – 85

Minimum OIR Amount: $25,000 ($5,000 with Pension Underwriting)

Maximum OIR Amount: Same as Base Face Amount
