The New Business panel only appears on the Navigation Pane for Home Office users . In some cases a policy may be issued without a rider due to underwriting or policy-owner preference or a revision is needed to an existing illustration. This pane gives you the flexibility to turn ON/OFF riders as needed. In order for a rider to be turned ON (Yes) it must be valid and approved in the state.
