The ADB rider pays an additional death benefit if the insured's death results solely from accidental bodily injuries. The rider can provide coverage to age 70.
LSW ADB Rider Specifications:
Issue Ages: 0 – 60
Minimum Face: $10,000
Maximum Face: Lesser of the Face Amount + APB (if any) OR $250,000.
Rating: Select a percentage to increase the ADB premium due to the applicants rating class.
NL ADB Rider Specifications:
Issue Ages: 0 – 60
Minimum Face Amount: $5,000
Maximum Face Amount: Lesser of the (Face Amount + APB) or:
Ages 0 – 19 $50,000
Ages 20 – 24 $100,000
Ages 25 – 60 $250,000
Rating: Select a percentage to increase the ADB premium due to the applicants rating class.
