Exporting a Case

To export case information, begin on the Case Management page.

  1. On the Go To menu, click Cases.

    -or-

    On the Home page navigation pane, under Case Management, click Case List.

    The Case Management page opens and displays all cases that you are associated with.

  2. In the right column of the Case Management grid, click the Export link for the first case you want to export.
  3. When the File Download dialog box opens, click Save.
  4. In the Save As dialog box in Save in, browse to and select the folder in which to store the exported file.
  5. In File name, type the name for the file.
  6. Click Save to store the file in the selected folder.
  7. Repeat steps 2 through 6 for each case you are exporting.
  8. On the Download complete dialog box, click Close.
