Moving a Case

To move cases from one folder to another, begin on the Case Management page.

  1. On the Go To menu, click Cases

    -or-

    On the Home page navigation pane, under Case Management, click Case List.

    The Case Management page opens and displays all cases that you are associated with.

  2. In the first left-side column of the Case Management grid, select the check box for each case you want to move.
  3. In the Case Management toolbar, click Move Cases.

    A list of folders displays.

  4. In the folder list, click the destination folder where you want to move the case to.

    The list closes and the Folder Name column in the Case Management grid reflects the new case location.
