Variable Loan Rate (VLR) Rate

The current VLR rate is based on the Moody's Corporate Bond Yield Average and for illustration purposes you may enter an interest rate higher then the current rate (if desired) but not lower.

NOTE: Effective March 1, 2016 the NAIC instituted guidelines on illustrated loan leverage. If the Loan Type is Variable and Loans are taken then the illustrated VLR Rate can be no less than 100 basis points below the assumed illustrated rate of the chosen interest crediting strategy selected.
