Foundation
Our values are simple: Do Good. Be Good. Make Good.
One way we live those values is through our Foundation, where we can support the causes of qualifying non profits. Since 2006, we have supported the communities in which our employees and retirees call home.
We do this in several ways including:
- providing grants through our Foundation
- giving our employees 40 hours per year of paid volunteer time
- matching gifts
- sponsoring events
- offering in-kind donations, and more.
In total, the Foundation awards $2 million annually to eligible organizations in Vermont and Texas, home of our offices. Additionally, we spread the good to educators and school employees nationwide through our LifeChanger of the Year program and other special programs.
