Deleting a Folder and Cases

To delete a folder and the cases it contains, begin on the Folder Management page.

  1. On the Go To menu, click Cases and then click Cases by Folder in the navigation pane.

    -or-

    On the Home page navigation pane, click Folder List under Case Management.

    The Folder Management page opens and displays all the folders to which you have access and the properties of the folders.

  2. In the first left-side column of the Folder Management grid, select the check box for the folder you want to delete.
  3. In the Folder Management toolbar, click Delete Folder and Cases.
